Hi everyone!
An update on last week which was so stressful thanks to a certain subject that I didn't even get to post...
First of all, I can't believe exams are so soon! We got our exam timetable last week, and I'm very relieved at the way my exams have worked out. I finish on the 31st May and then my first exam is on the 8th June and then my second one is on the 19th of June. So very good gaps! And I don't have two exams on the same day! What a relief! I remember last year I had two on one day and it was not fun at all!
This week has been so stressful with chemistry lab reports, I'm getting so tired of chemistry! Seriously thinking about taking english next trimester, I'm really sick of stressing out about chemistry. It just takes up so much of my time when I could be doing other things like studying bio!! Yesterday career expo came to our uni so I got some info about teaching and apparently there is a lack of english teachers in NZ, and they give out scholarships if you want to teach english!!! I think it will be fun to teach english...
On the other hand, biology is going well, and I really don't mind writing lab reports each week! It's really fun, especially if I think about what chemistry lab report writing is like, makes bio lab reports seem even better! I was looking at the english papers available and there's this really interesting one that I could take next term about childrens literature...L.C Lewis and things like that. I'm still thinking about it... and it fits in well with my timetable too. It's just that these weeks have been so hectic because of chemistry and it makes uni stop being fun, because I worry so much about chem... On Wednesday we had the chem lab and the experiment I was doing was so long that we had to come back to finish it, and the only time we were allowed to come back was on Thursday at 11am, which is when I have my bio lectures!!! So I had to miss my bio lectures because of chem! Grrrr!!!!
Sigh.I can't believe this trimester is almost over! This year is going so fast, faster than last year even!
...and now it's almost June...
